Marzilli Machine provides precision CNC turning for aerospace, defense, medical and OEM customers, from prototypes through production. Our lathes include an Okuma Genos L300-MYW multi-axis turning center and a Haas ST-15Y Y-axis turning center, with live tooling and bar feed. That lets us machine complex mill-turn parts in a single setup, holding tolerances of ±0.0005″ or better depending on geometry. Every job is tracked in ProShop ERP and inspected on our Hexagon CMMs before it ships.

Marzilli Machine has 4 lathes, 2 for prototypes, and 2 for short or long run production jobs. We have a multi-axis live tool lathe to give us the ability to make mill/turn parts in one shot with no human interference to maintain accuracy and true position call outs.
