We machine all material types, including stainless steels (303, 304, 316, 416, 420, 17-4PH, 15-5 CRES), low and high carbon steels (1018, 1020, A36, 1045, 4130, 4140, 4340), tool steels (O-1, A-2, S-7, H-13, P-20), Grade 5 titanium, aluminum (6061, 2024, 5052, 7050, 7075, MIC-6), bronze, brass, and plastics such as ABS, nylon, UHMW and Delrin. If your material isn’t listed on our capabilities page, reach out and we’ll let you know if we can machine it.

Marzilli Machine holds tolerances of ±0.0005″ or better, depending on part geometry, material, feature size and process. Critical dimensions are reviewed against your drawing and GD&T requirements during quoting, and verified on our Hexagon CMMs.

Yes. Our 5-axis equipment includes a Haas UMC-500SS, a Hurco VMX30Ui, and a Haas DM-2 with a TRT-160 trunnion. 5-axis milling lets us machine complex geometries, undercuts and compound angles in fewer setups. See our facilities page for the full equipment list.

Yes. Our multi-axis live tool lathe, an Okuma Genos L300-MYW turning center, makes mill/turn parts in one setup with no manual handling, which helps maintain accuracy and true position callouts. We also run a Haas ST-15Y Y-axis turning center.

We accept STL, STEP, IGES, SLDPRT, DXF and DWG files. We work in SolidWorks, Mastercam, AutoCAD, Inventor, Catia and Creo Parametric.

We quote jobs of all sizes, from one-off prototypes to large production runs. Include your quantity on your request for quote and we’ll price it accordingly, including quantity breaks.

Yes. We have a dedicated rapid prototyping department, including lathes reserved for prototype work, so we can turn your CAD files into precision parts quickly and meet tight deadlines.

Yes. We handle both short and long production runs. Our horizontal machining centers with multi-pallet changers, bar-fed lathes and cobot automation are set up for repeatable, high-volume production.

Yes. Marzilli Machine is registered with the U.S. Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) under ITAR, so we can manufacture defense articles and handle controlled technical data.

Yes. We are DDTC registered under ITAR, JCP registered, and AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified. We are compliant with NIST SP 800-171 and are actively pursuing CMMC Level 2 certification, expected in 2027. We provide milling, turning and prototyping for defense programs, with full traceability in ProShop ERP from contract review to shipment.

Yes. First article inspection is part of our quality system, alongside in-process checks and final inspections. We use High QA to automate ballooning and AS9102 first article reports.

Yes. Our quality department runs a Hexagon Global 5.7.5 5-axis CMM with scanning and a Hexagon 4.5.4 SF CMM. CMM programs can be written before cutting starts, and inspection reports can be shipped with your parts on request.

Yes. We manage outside processing for you, including heat treating, plating of all types, anodizing, mag phosphating, electropolishing, Cerakote and salt bath nitriding. Parts are packaged and tracked in ProShop using a documented procedure so they stay protected in transit.

Yes. We can deliver your parts complete with the paint or finish you need, including plating, anodizing, electropolishing and Cerakote. In-house, we offer deburring and bead blasting.

Yes. We regularly machine Grade 5 (6Al-4V) titanium on our 5-axis and multi-axis equipment, from prototypes through production.

Yes. 17-4PH stainless steel is one of the materials we regularly machine, along with 15-5 CRES and the 300 and 400 series stainless steels.

We use Paperless Parts for estimating and quoting, which speeds up our RFQ turnaround. Your digital quote shows pricing next to your part files, including quantity breaks and expedite options, and you can approve it right from the platform. Submit an RFQ to get started.

Upload your drawings and models with our request for quote form, along with your quantity and required date. You can also send files and messages securely through Paperless Parts.

Each file uploaded through our request for quote form can be up to 50 MB. For larger assemblies or controlled (ITAR/CUI) data, send files through Paperless Parts’ secure portal or contact us and we’ll arrange a secure transfer.

Yes. We routinely sign NDAs before receiving drawings. Send us your agreement, or ask for ours, and we’ll turn it around quickly.

We are DDTC registered under ITAR and compliant with NIST SP 800-171, and we are actively pursuing CMMC Level 2 certification, expected in 2027. Controlled technical data is handled only by authorized U.S. persons. For quoting, we use Paperless Parts’ encrypted platform for secure file transfer and communication.

Yes. We ship finished parts to customers wherever they are. Every order is packaged under a documented shipping procedure to protect your parts in transit, with tracking and documentation recorded in ProShop.

Lead time depends on part complexity, quantity, material and outside processing. Typical lead times run 6–8 weeks or sooner, and expedite options are shown on your quote.
